Spoken voice-over (ElevenLabs) drops in here once that connector's switched on.

Audio mastering

Fix a recorded show before it airs — lift sections where the level dipped, tame an over-hot presenter, and check it won't clip on playout. Real processing, on this PC, with the original never touched.

Source audio

Full path to the show file on this PC (the engine reads it directly — no upload)

Tip: in File Explorer, Shift-right-click the file → “Copy as path”, then paste it here.

Normalise show

Finds any section where the level dropped (a dodgy fader, a quiet patch) and lifts it back to match the rest of the show — ramped so there's no click, then peak-limited.

Normalise speech

Tames an over-hot presenter mic with gentle compression — they stay out in front, just stop jumping out over the music.

Strength

Clipping check

Measures loudness and true-peak levels and tells you if it'll clip on playout. If it's hot, make it broadcast-safe in one click.

Outputs are saved next to the original as …_normalised, …_speech or …_safe (320 kbps). Your original file is never overwritten.

Podcast export

Turn a finished show into an upload-ready file for Mixcloud or podcast — mastered to podcast loudness, topped & tailed with station idents, and tagged. Real processing on this PC.

Output logger

Ofcom requires you to keep a recording of everything you broadcast (community licence: 42 days minimum). This captures the live stream around the clock into a rolling archive you can scrub back through — running on this PC.

Loudness check

Point it at a folder of recordings and get a one-page report of which shows are too quiet, too hot, or clipping — so everything goes to air at a consistent level. Writes a CSV report into the folder.

No radio audio from the studio monitor Auto-answer ready

The monitor auto-mutes when a mic fader is up, to stop feedback. If the mute light is lit under the volume, a mic fader is slightly raised. Turn the monitor volume down, make sure all mic faders are fully down, and check no channel has PFL pressed. Most often it's a sleeve or cuff that's brushed a fader — only needs the slightest flick.

Some fobs were wiped during the Quarterhouse changes. You won't know yours works until you try it. If it fails, go to Quarterhouse reception (open until 4:30pm) to have it reprogrammed. Reception advise all fob holders to update their fob even if it currently works.

What if my fob fails before my show? Needs your sign-off

Check your fob at Quarterhouse reception before your show, while it's open (until 4:30pm). If there's a risk it'll fail, arrange backup — ask a presenter nearby to meet you and let you in, or voice-track your show in advance so the air time is covered.

Each tenant's operational data — finances, compliance, playout, broadcast health — stays isolated. Sharing happens only through Collaboration.

Active connectors connect your apps

Connect each app right here — enter the keys/login and authorise. Folkestone (FR) and Dover (DC) connect their own accounts so data stays isolated; some services are shared. Info flow is kept basic for now — reporting first.

What you enter is only used to mark the connection while we're running locally; at deploy these move to a secure server vault and real OAuth sign-in takes over. AI agents that act on each connection get wired up later in console.
